We’re in the process of moving to a new host. This process is piecemeal because I don’t really have the time to be moving to a new host.

As usual, with moving, there are going to be a few changes. The community forums, which have been closed to new registrations for a long time now, are being taken offline. All old project websites will move to a new home at /archive and links will be updated accordingly in due course (although as an example take a look at the old blog holding page). User areas are gone, although some content will be moved to the archive.

However on the plus side, kakistocracy is back!

Welcome to this website, this website that we call Bostasp.

Since late 2001, we’ve held an insignificant presence on the internet in some form or other. In that time, we’ve fumbled around trying to be a community forum, a scrapbook of different projects and an attempt at a personal website, amongst many other things. For a snippet of these past endeavours, take a look around our archived classic website.

All this floundering ends now. Bostasp has become a blog.

What about? Having an almost instinctive interest in politics and current affairs, no doubt many entries in this blog will be dedicated to such subjects. I may whitter on about my field of study, International Relations, and other endeavours at university. I may comment on the odd book, and upon life in general.

In all, why don’t we see where this goes?
